Go to the alonedt registration page and complete the three-step form: enter your personal details (name, date of birth, city), set your account credentials (Pakistani mobile number, email, username, password), and confirm your details with the required age verification and acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Your account is created immediately and a verification SMS is sent to your mobile. The entire process takes under two minutes. Registration is completely free — there is no joining fee on alonedt.
To create an alonedt account you need:
- A valid Pakistani mobile number (for verification and 2FA)
- A working email address
- Your real name and date of birth (for KYC)
- To be 18 years of age or older
No. alonedt operates a strict one account per person policy. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or using a different mobile number — is a violation of the alonedt Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will be closed, including any associated balance or winnings. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support@alonedt.app.
After you complete the alonedt registration form, an SMS containing a 6-digit verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter that code when prompted on the confirmation screen. The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires or you do not receive it, request a resend from the same screen. If SMS is not arriving, check that your mobile has network signal and that you entered the correct number during registration.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. alonedt may request identity verification documents — typically a copy of your Pakistani CNIC — at certain points, including when you request a significant withdrawal or if our system flags unusual account activity. KYC protects you by ensuring only you can access and withdraw from your alonedt account. All documents submitted are encrypted and handled under the alonedt Privacy Policy.
Log in to your alonedt account, go to Account Settings, and select "Change Password". You will need to enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the alonedt login page — a reset code or link will be sent to your registered mobile or email.
To permanently close your alonedt account, contact our support team at support@alonedt.app with your request. Before closing, withdraw any remaining balance via your preferred PKR payment method. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming habits, please consider using the self-exclusion tool first — it gives you a reversible break rather than a permanent closure, which may be more appropriate.
alonedt accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no login or transaction) may be classified as dormant. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee applies to your balance. To reactivate a dormant alonedt account, simply log in — your balance will be restored. If you experience any issues, contact support@alonedt.app.
Deposits & Payments 7
alonedt supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

The minimum deposit on alonedt depends on your chosen method. For Easypaisa and JazzCash the minimum is Rs 200. For bank IBFT transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000. For NayaPay, SadaPay, and card payments, check the deposit screen in your alonedt account for the current minimum — these can vary. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by alonedt, though your payment provider may have its own daily limits.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your alonedt balance within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are also near-instant. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours on working days, and card payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
alonedt does not charge any deposit fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance — Rs 500 deposited equals Rs 500 in your alonedt wallet. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, your bank, etc.) may charge their own transaction fees according to their own fee schedules — check with them directly if you are unsure.
If your Easypaisa or JazzCash deposit to alonedt failed, check the following: ensure your mobile wallet has sufficient balance; check that you entered the correct alonedt payment reference; verify your mobile wallet is active and not temporarily suspended. If money was deducted from your wallet but has not appeared on alonedt after 30 minutes, contact support@alonedt.app with your mobile number, transaction time, and the transaction ID from your Easypaisa/JazzCash app — we will trace and resolve it.
No. alonedt requires that all deposits originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — the same name on your alonedt account. Deposits from third-party accounts (a family member's Easypaisa, a friend's JazzCash) are not permitted and may be returned or flagged during KYC verification. This policy protects against fraud and money laundering and applies to all players.
Log in to your alonedt account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from there. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period to prevent impulsive decisions. Withdrawals 6
Log in to your alonedt account and go to the Withdrawal section (found in your wallet or account menu). Select your preferred withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT, etc. — enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same method and account name used for your deposits, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from alonedt are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1–2 business days. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer if KYC verification is required. alonedt processes withdrawals on a first-in, first-out basis and does not hold withdrawals without reason.
The minimum withdrawal on alonedt is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For bank IBFT and card withdrawals the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no withdrawal fee charged by alonedt. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own fees — check with them directly.
Common reasons a withdrawal from alonedt may be delayed include: pending KYC verification (submit your CNIC documents to resolve this); active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met; a mismatch between your alonedt account name and the withdrawal account name; unusually high withdrawal volume on the platform. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the expected timeframe, contact support@alonedt.app with your transaction ID.
Bonus funds on alonedt are subject to wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. Once the wagering requirement is met, the cleared amount moves to your withdrawable balance. Yes. Even during a cooling-off period or self-exclusion on alonedt, your balance is preserved and you can request a withdrawal by contacting support@alonedt.app. You cannot log in to place bets, but you are absolutely entitled to your funds. alonedt will process the withdrawal to your registered payment method in PKR. Every new alonedt player who registers and makes their first qualifying deposit is eligible for a welcome bonus. The bonus is credited to your account automatically after your deposit clears. Wagering requirements are the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Yes. The alonedt Refer a Friend programme rewards you with real PKR for every friend you invite who registers and makes a qualifying deposit. Aviator is a crash-style game available on alonedt. A plane takes off and a multiplier begins to climb — 1.1x, 1.5x, 2x, 5x, and higher. You place a bet before the round starts and then choose to cash out at any point while the plane is flying. Log in to your alonedt account, navigate to Account Settings, and select "Security". Enable two-factor authentication and confirm with your mobile number. Once active, every login from a new device will require a 6-digit code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it makes it near-impossible for anyone else to access your account even if they know your password.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your alonedt account, take these steps immediately:
- Change your alonedt password from Account Settings
- Use the "Log out of all devices" option in Security settings
- Enable 2FA if not already active
- Contact support@alonedt.app immediately with your username and a description of the suspicious activity
alonedt does not sell your personal data. Limited information is shared only where necessary for payment processing (with your chosen payment provider), fraud detection, and legal compliance. All third-party processors used by alonedt are bound by strict data processing agreements. Never share your alonedt password, OTP, or financial details in response to any message — SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call — even if it appears to come from alonedt. The real alonedt team will never ask for your password. If you receive a suspicious message, do not click any links, do not share any information, and forward the message to support@alonedt.app so we can investigate and warn other players.
