alonedt Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using Pakistan's Trusted Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using the alonedt platform at alonedt.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form the entire agreement between you and alonedt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use any services offered by alonedt. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To open and maintain an account on alonedt, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. alonedt does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by alonedt or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of alonedt or any of its technology or payment partners.

alonedt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Account activity may be suspended pending age verification. If it is determined that a player has provided false age information, the account will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one account on alonedt. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different phone number, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

All transactions on alonedt are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative is agreed with the support team following verification. alonedt does not charge fees for withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bonuses and promotional offers on alonedt are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Promotions page alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts are considered a violation of these terms.
• All bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each product are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• alonedt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice where possible.

Referral bonuses — earned through the alonedt Refer a Friend programme — are credited to the referring player's wallet immediately upon the referred friend's qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards do not carry wagering requirements and are withdrawable immediately.

All bets placed on alonedt are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, in addition to the general rules set out here. By placing a bet, you accept the odds and conditions displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed by the platform, except in circumstances where alonedt exercises its discretion to void a bet (see below).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within each game or market. alonedt may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system outage during a bet, alonedt will use all available data to determine the outcome fairly. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• For sports betting: alonedt uses official results from recognised sporting bodies to settle markets. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise incomplete, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply as published in the Sports Betting section.
• For Ludo and other multiplayer games: all game decisions made in real time during a session are final. Disputes about specific dice outcomes or game results must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on alonedt and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to do so
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to interact with the platform
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats like Ludo
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on alonedt
• Attempting to launder money through the platform in any form
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing alonedt staff or other players through any channel
• Accessing another person's account without their explicit permission

alonedt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that any of the conditions in these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or if continuing to operate the account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within 48 hours. During a suspension, withdrawals are placed on hold but deposits will not be processed. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed terms violation, any genuine funds (deposits not covered by winnings from fraudulent activity) may be returned at alonedt's discretion, minus any outstanding liabilities.

alonedt takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal or financial problems. The platform provides tools that players can use to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set notifications to alert you after a specific duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. You may request a permanent exclusion if needed.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any alonedt content without prior written permission. Use of the alonedt name, logo, or branding in any context not explicitly authorised by alonedt is strictly prohibited.

alonedt provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, alonedt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alonedt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities during periods of unplanned downtime.

alonedt's total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the alonedt platform, you must follow the process outlined below:

1. First, contact alonedt support via live chat or email at support@alonedt.app with the details of your complaint. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 to 48 hours.
2. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to the complaints team by clearly stating that you wish to escalate. The complaints team will respond within 5 business days.
3. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process above.
